Preparation of the Growth Plan

  • Elaborate discussions with the Management to understand the mission-vision statement, present state of affairs and future plan/aspirations, business profile etc.
  • Collection of versatile information and documents across verticals and functional domains.
  • Analysis of business and sales processes, ownership pattern, organizational structure & reporting matrix, IT framework etc.
  • Status of secretarial records, legal cases and status.
  • Elaborate analysis of financial statements and assessment of various ratios, peer identification etc.

Presentation of the Growth Plan

  • We will present the Growth Plan to the stakeholders/Board of Directors of the Company.
  • This presentation will cover our analysis and commentary on all the four broad heads as mentioned above and relevant to your organization.
  • This presentation will act as navigation tool for the further growth consultancy to be provided by Panto math over period of Mandate with the Company and the subsequent action plan to be rolled out.

Implementation of growth plan

  • Post management presentation, we, in consultation with the management of the Company, will initiate rolling out specific action plans for each growth driver as per consensus in the order of importance/significance.
  • This will include, preparation of elaborate plan for each specific growth driver, covering its cost benefit analysis, implementation schedule and coordinating as your extended team to monitor/oversee the intended implementation.
